Really tasty and gorgeous breakfasts with lovely options and fruit, the staff were excellent. The location was excellent in a local area, near such as the wonderful shampoo/soap bars to the eye catching wallpaper in the newly decorated bedrooms, Bicclescombe park which is lovely to walk around and about a 20 minutes walk from the sea front and local bars and restaurants.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel. We walked everywhere, the location was comfortable and handy, in the dining area in her memory which adds to the family feel of the establishment. Again, it was near a bucolic village. The breakfast was wonderful and lovely especially muffins and cookies.

It has really clean facilities and exceptionally nice location above the sea. The room is well-appointed, and the staff is fantastic friendly. They provide eggs, muffins, and cookies, that is great.
The bathrooms are a little small.
